1.Shipping method:Free shipping order will be shipped by China post air But if order amount more than USD200.00,we will ship by DHL or EMS free which arrive within 3-12days. 2.Shipping time: China post air normally will arrive within 15-35 working days after being posted. Sometime for customs or weather problem it will be delayed more days up to 35-48 days.
Returns
We accept return. If you are dissatisfied with the item or the item arrived in broken,pls contact us promptly for partial refund or resend on the conditions below:

2.Q:When can I receive item after made payment?

Normally,we will send it by China post for the value below $150,and it takes about 20-35 days arrive.
If your total value is over $150,we will send by EMS or DHL free which takes about 4-13 days arrive.
3.Q:I still have not received the item after 30 days,what should I do?

International shipping need more time,pls wait for a few days until the 45th,

4.Q:What I received is different from picture,what\'s happen?

The picture show only some of our samples,and our styles update weekly,we can\'t send you exactly the
same as picture show.We can only send you similar styles.
5. Q:What\'s your rings size? the women here is big,do you have big size?

:Mostly,our ring size is 16-20,equal to US size 7, 7.5, 8, 8.5, 9.
and our stainless steel rings is mostly 17-21,equal to US size 7.5, 8, 8.5, 9, 9.5.
we can send you relatively bigger size,like 18,19,20,but can\'t sent you all size 20.
6.Q:I received the item in broken,what should I do?
A:
Every item before shipping is well inspected,though we packed well,it still can\'t be avoid because of rough
handling by shipping worker.In this case,pls contact us and let me know how many quantity in broken,please
me what you prefer: refund you relative money or resend to you.
