Shipping Detail:

 

Your items will be shipped within 3 days after receiving cleared payment.

The default shipping is CHINA  Post  AIR with a tracking number, which normal delivery time is 15 to 30 days, please contact us if you do not receive the item after 30 deliver days .

If you require faster express such as EMS, UPS, DHL, other expedited shipping, please contact us for additional cost, upon on agreement with us, we will modify order amount with additional value for your paying.

We will list the tracking number on website after shipment, You can then visit the corresponding carrier`s website for online tracking information.

 

 

 

Returns:

 

We do our best to serve our each customer the best that we can. We will refund you for items returned within 7 days of you receiving them for any reason. A full refund will be given if items are returned. Merchandise which is damaged or missing components is not refundable. Buyers are responsible for return shipping with proper packaging. On receiving items, we will refund you immediately.

 

 

Warranty & Maintenance:

 

We provide 1 month replacement and 3 months maintenance warranties. Items can be replaced during the first month or maintained for the first 3 month.

Buyers are only responsible for the return shipping fees for warranty items.(In most cases, buyer will only have to return the problem components rather than the entire package.).

Before returning items, please make sure you get our (the sellers) return address, and write gift on the delivery detail sheet. Please use regular postal service and send us the tracking number. As soon as we receive the items, we will repair or exchange them as soon as possible.
