Payment

• We only accept ESCROW payment!  

• We must receive payment 7 days after the auction ended.

Shipping

• We usually process orders within 3 business days after received your payment. (Exclude weekends and public holidays).

Shipping period usually is 7-10 days. Because of the destination and other factors, it might take up to 25 days. Returns

• If the package damaged during the freight, please refuse to sign for the package and return to us. Then contact us promptly.
• We only accept the package. Please make sure the item have NO man-made sabotage. Please NOTE that the shipping and handling fee will not be refunded, all return shipping fee should be paid by the buyer unless item is DOA (damage on arrival). All claims for DOA must be applied for within 7 days.
