The lamp base include E27/E14/B22，please tell us the base you need, and the default is E27. The light color include warm white and pure white, please tell us the color you need, or the default color is pure white. You can find the color effect in the picture.

Shipping Detail:
Your items will be shipped within 3 days after receiving cleared payment.
If the item you ordered is below
2kg. The default shipping is free for any country. And we will deliver it by FGMSR Hong Kong Post or China post with tracking number. The delivery time is 7 to 25 days, please contact us if you do not receive the item after 30 days.
If the item is over
2kg. Generally the default shipping is free and we will deliver it by CNALP or HKAP. Some country may far and the freight is high you should add additional fee. Of course these country is few. Sometimes your county is near and the freight is low we will send it by fast way such as EMS DHL UPS FGEX and you need not pay additional fee. We will select the best way to deliver it.
If you require faster way such as
EMS, UPS, DHL FGEX, and your county is far and the freight is high, please contact us for additional cost, then we will modify the price, and we will deliver the item by the way you ordered.
We will list the tracking number on website after shipment, You can browse the website online for tracking information.
Returns:
We do our best to serve every customer. We will refund you for items returned within 7 days on you receiving the item for any reason. A full refund will be given if items are returned. Damaged or missing components is not refundable. Buyers are responsible for return shipping with proper packaging. On receiving the items, we will refund you immediately.
Warranty & Maintenance:
We provide 3 month replacement and 1year maintenance warranties. Items can be replaced during the first 3 month or maintained for the first year. You should pay for the back freight.
Buyers are only responsible for the return shipping fees for warranty items.(In most cases, buyer will only have to return the problem components rather than the entire package)
Before returning items, please make sure you get our (the sellers) return address, and write gift on the delivery detail sheet. Please use regular postal service and send us the tracking number. As soon as we receive the items, we will repair or exchange them as soon as possible.
