Import duties:
1) Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyers’ responsibility
2) Please check with your countries customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
3) Before sign for the parcel, please check the make sure the phone is in it, if not, please refuse to sign for it. It ever happened that somebody stole the phone from the parcel!! You are regarded as received right products as long as you signed for the parcel!
Payment:
Payment must be received 7 days after auction ended. Please do not bid if you are not intending to buy.

Return:
1) If this item defective upon receipt, customer has up to 7 days from date of receipt for exchange of a new one
2) All return items must be in box and not be used. Our customer service personal will inspect the returned item before refund or exchange
3) You will be responsible for the return postage
4) We do not accept any return of physical damaged item.
5) After 7 days, we can only make replacement or repair and customers need to be responsible for the return postage
6) Please contact us before return, a return form and the return address will be given after your return request has been issued.
