b. LCL: goods in large volume but less than a container, we usually use LCL shipment.

3. PRICE: all the prices on our website are FOB. And all the shipping cost not include tax, custom clearance or any other charges in destination port except you choose DDU or DDP. Please contact our customer service for detailed informtaion.

INSTRUCTION

4. Make the payment through ESCROW

5. For the goods we have stock, we will arrange the delivery within 1 week, For the products, we need 15-25 days.

6. When the goods is ready, we will take photograph and send to you , so please make sure your address is available. We will arrange the delivery and shipment after your confirmation, if there is anything you are not satisfied, we will improve it till your satisfaction. So After your confirmation, we won\'t accept any return of goods with for customized problem.

1. Small volume products such as planter, storage box , outdoor shower, we can send them by air courier such as DHL, TNT, EMS, UPS and etc..

2. Big volume furniture which we can’t send them by air, we usually send them by sea.

a. Large quantity: If you order many items and the quantity reach a 20ft container, we can ship them by 20\'GP. This is a safe way for quality goods.

b. LCL (Less Than Container Load): If you order 1 or 2 sets big volume furniture, we will ship them by LCL.

3. Transportation cost:

a. FOB: All the products prices are FOB covers all the cost in China before the goods deported.

b. C&F: Cost and freight include the shipping cost to your destination port, but not include the tariff, custom clearance or any other charges in your local port.

c. DDP: Destination duty paid. If you choose DDP, we can arrange all the custom clearance, and deliver the goods to your door.
