(2) Return:
Because of some product made of powders, it is easily broken, However, we will package palette as well as we can.and we will put more and more bubble or styrofoam in the parcel to prevent damaged,but we cannot guarantee that has not damaged completely!Because the courier company handling the process is very rude.
If you want to exchange the items received, then you must contact us within 7 dsays. And you should pay the additional shipping fees incurred and the items returned should be kept in their status.
