SHIPPING
1. products will be shipped within 1-3 business days after we verify your payment.
2. Please confirm your current address after your payment within 1-2 days; otherwise, we will ship your products based on your Escrow address, so make sure it is correct.
3. Before ordering please contact us to confirm your shipment method. Normally, it will take 10-20 business days by Epacket delivery, and takes 3-10 business days by Express(EMS,DHL,).
4. Sometimes transit time would be longer because of the bad weather, customs clearance and other reasons. hope you can wait patiently when you have not receive your products on time. If you have not receive the item within thirty days, please contact us, we will help you track it.
Refunds
If you want a refund because of the item defect or some other quality problems, please contact us within 3 days after you get it. the fee relating to the reback mailing should be overtaken by yourself.
