2. Delivery time: 3-5 working days to most of the American, European, Australian and Asian countries,while 5-7 working days to most of South American and African countries. If you would like to use other express - UPS, Fedex ,TNT, or EMS, please contact us and pay for additional freight fee.If your address is in the remote place of DHL or UPS, the package will be sent via Fedex or EMS.

Hair Care Attention
1) wash your hair clean and dry it completely before applying the weave.
2) For manage ability,put each wor sparsely.
3) When washing, use gently running water, lightly rub hair and scaip.
4) To maintain curly hair or wet look, lightly apply gel mouses,or oil sheen,oil sheen is not recommended For manage hair, oil may cause weave to ship out.
5) when combing, always comb bottom of hair first and work your way up to the root.
6) when removing, please always consult your professional beautician.
7) for bonded hair, do not brush when it is dry.
8) use large toothed comb or your fingers while hair is wet!

Q. What type of hair care products should I use?
A : Treat this hair just as if it was your own hair. Use good quality shampoo and conditioning products. Conditioning your hair is very important to keep it soft and manageable, so use leave in conditioners. You can also use products like gel and hair spray to keep the curls in place, but make sure to wash your hair and not leave in these products in for a long time.
Recommended shampoos and conditioners: Pantene PROV For treatment and every day use: Olive Oil Hair Polisher.
Q. Why are my hair extensions getting tangled?
A: Your Hair Extensions can tangle due to being to dryness, oil & dirt build-up, salt-water, chlorine and not combin(wide tooth comb) out your hair daily. Make sure to wash & condition your hair at least once a week, twice a week is better. Use hydrating drops or consult your stylist for more help. It could also be the hair you purchased, if the hair is Indian Remy Hair or non Remy Hair it is not 100% virgin human hair. So the hair may tangle sooner and not last you as long as 100% virgin hair.
Q. How long does it last?
A : This hair can last for a very long time depending on how you maintain it. Treat it like your own hair and take very good care of it for it to last longer. Many hair extensionist prefer Brazilian or Indian hair because it is beautiful and unprocessed which makes it last longer than any other kind of hair.

Q:Some client said the hair is shedding when get it . but after one time wash or pull the hair several times, shedding stop.
A:This is normal. because weft is making, some untied hair mixed it .only wash or pull can let them go. so, after you get hair , pls pull or wash them firstly, then give you feedback.
Q:Some time, after the hair is washed ,the hair will become dark . is it dyed?
A:No , we donot dye the hair. but we use black hair oil to care hair , this oil will protect hair in delivery . when you wash them, these oil will make water look black, but after one time wash, the hair will be ok.
Q: Can I wash &blow-dry the hair extensions?
A: You can wash them as you would your own. Shampoo and conditioner.We also recommend using a hair treatment on them every few weeks,because the hair is not attached to your scalp,it is not getting the oils it should be. Using a treatment/hair mask will help keep them looking healthier and shiny for your will find that you don’t need to wash your extensions too much, about every 3weeks. The extensions can be blow-dryed on low setting, but it is not recommended to do it too often. It is best to let your hair extensions dry naturally after washing them.
Q: How to tell human hair with synthetic hair?
A: Human hair has natural protein.It is easy to tell by burning and smell: human hair will be ash,which will go away after pinching.human hair will smell foul.When burning,the human hair will show white smoke.
While synthetic hair will be a sticky ball after burning and will show black smoke.Moreover, human hair may have very few gray hair and split end. It is normal and not a quality problem.
