About Shipment
1. We Ship to Worldwide. Different countries with different shipping cost. We will ship the parcel in 48hours after your payment is cleared. tracking number will be given then, you can track it about 2days later on the website.
2. Generally we ship the parcel via EMS is free shipping for some countries . If you want to ship via DHL,UPS,Fedex or TNT, you need to pay the difference of the shipping cost.
3. If you want to ship the parcel to Italy,Holland,Germany,Brazil, pls dont choose EMS as the shipping method, because the parcel is easy seized by the Customs if ship via EMS.
4. Delivery time depends on destination and other factors; it may takes up to 5~7 days generally after it is shiped.
5. If the parcel is seized by the Customs, pls contact with them to clear customs asap. and we will supply you the related documentary asap. But if you dont go to clear the customs, we wont take the reponsibility of the destoryment by the customs or the lose of the parcel.
About Warranty
If you have any difficulties whatsoever with the products, or you are dissatisfied for whatever reason, you can contact us and we will discuss the issue in an open, honest way.
1. In general, if a product develops a fault during the 1 months since you received it, and the fault is due to a quality issue rather than your own breakage or misuse, we will accept a return.
2. Customers need to pay the cost of returning faulty products back to us.
3. Returns without prior discussion and authorization will not be accepted.
4. When we receive your authorized return we will repair the product for free and send it back to you for free. Repairing may involve changing parts, for example a faulty screen. In general you will receive back, fixed, the same product you returned to us.
5. If a repair is impossible we will credit you what you originally paid so you can choose to buy a new one or change to a different item.
About Compensate.
Refund will be responsible for all buyers freight buyers loss compensation.
