The only down side (and this is not the seller fault but the manufacturer), is the battery life is very bad, 3-4 hours max if you decide to do any gaming or video watching, the manufacturer "star" seem to always label their batteries higher capacity than they actually are eg no way are these batteries 3300mAH more like 1800mAH, also these batteries are unique, good luck if you can find any replacement that will fit the n9800. I did get 2 batteries, which was unexpected as the package description only mentioned 1 battery, a battery charger to charge the extra battery, while the other is being used in the phone, would have fixed this dismal battery life problem. Otherwise this is a really nice phone, great screen, high specs, great for heavy gaming such as Dead Trigger, Dead Space, Grand Theft Auto and Real Racing 3. ps. would have been nice if it came rooted, but it was very easy to root using VRoot.
